Write for AIToolGrade

We are building the most credible AI tools review site on the web. That means reviews written by people who actually use the tools — not summaries of product pages. If you have real hands-on experience with an AI tool and want a byline, we would like to hear from you.

What we are looking for

AIToolGrade was founded by Rich Nashawaty, an SEO professional with 15 years of experience. We cover AI tools across six categories. Right now we are actively looking for contributors in each of these areas:

AI Coding ToolsCursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Bolt.new — developers who use these daily
AI Image GenerationMidjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI — designers and visual creators
AI Video ToolsRunway, Synthesia, HeyGen — video producers and content creators
AI Writing ToolsJasper, Copy.ai, Writesonic — content marketers and professional writers
Automation Toolsn8n, Zapier, Make — ops people and workflow builders
AI ProductivityNotion AI, Perplexity, ChatGPT — knowledge workers and researchers

We are specifically looking for people who use these tools for real work — practitioners who have formed genuine opinions about what works, what does not, and who each tool is actually right for.

The ideal contributor

What we offer contributors

✍️
Byline and author bio

Your name, title, and a short bio appear on the review page. We link to your website, LinkedIn, or Twitter.

🔗
A followed backlink

A do-follow link to your site or profile from a growing, independently-run domain.

📐
Full editorial support

We handle structure, formatting, SEO optimisation, and publishing. You write the substance — we take care of everything else.

💰
Revenue sharing as the site grows

We are not paying for contributions right now, but as AIToolGrade monetises we intend to share that with contributors whose reviews drive traffic.

What we do not do

How it works

1

Reach out

Email us at contribute@aitoolgrade.com with the tool you would like to review and a sentence about your experience with it.

2

We send you the brief

If it is a good fit, we send you our review template — around 800 to 1,200 words. Two weeks turnaround is fine.

3

You write, we edit

You submit a draft. We edit for format and style only — we never change your opinions, scores, or specific observations. You approve the final version before it goes live.

4

We publish with your byline

Your review goes live with your name, bio, and link. We will let you know when it is published.

5

We keep it updated

When a major update ships, we reach back out to ask if anything needs updating. You are not obligated — but it keeps the review credible and current.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be a professional writer?

No. We care about what you know, not how polished your prose is. We handle the editing.

Can I review a tool I use at work?

Yes — that is the ideal situation. The only restriction is that you cannot be employed by or financially affiliated with the company that makes the tool.

What if I have a mixed or negative opinion of the tool?

Good. That is exactly what we want. Honest assessments including real criticisms are what this site is built on.

Can I review a tool that already has a review on the site?

Yes — if you have significantly more depth than what is currently published, we are open to updating existing reviews with a proper contributor byline.

Will you change my scores or verdict?

Never. Your scores, verdict, and specific observations are yours. We edit structure and style, not substance.

Ready to contribute?

Tell us which tool you would like to review and a sentence about your experience with it. That is all we need to get started.
